About the role

  • Manage ramp-up projects to achieve KPIs such as OEE and cycle time
  • Set deadlines and forecast resource requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management
  • Develop mitigation plans and manage risks
  • Train a multidisciplinary team in equipment and processes
  • Support the commissioning Department
  • Work with a Junior Engineer to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
  • 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management
  • Post Graduation in Project Management is a plus
  • SixSigma certifications is a plus
  • English Level: B2 – Upper Intermediate level
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills and Strategic mindset
  • Proficient decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and a genuine interest in improving processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and organize efficiently
