About the role

  • Lead the commercial agenda end-to-end across a diverse and complex multi-country footprint
  • Own the local P&L
  • Set a clear strategic direction
  • Mobilize the organization to deliver above-market growth while maintaining operational excellence
  • Lead & develop a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, Consumer Care and Business Support
  • Drive launches and market development for SenSura Mio and Luja
  • Own commercial performance: plan, forecast, and manage the country/cluster P&L
  • Track results and take decisive corrective actions
  • Scale consumer capabilities: build a best-in-class consumer engine to unlock sustainable, long-term growth
  • Represent the cluster with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience (leading leaders / building teams and culture)
  • Proven commercial management of sales in a complex country or multi-country region (ideally in MedTech/Intimate Healthcare)
  • Commercial acumen

  • Ability to execute —from setting a clear plan to delivering results in the field
