About the role
- Lead the commercial agenda end-to-end across a diverse and complex multi-country footprint
- Own the local P&L
- Set a clear strategic direction
- Mobilize the organization to deliver above-market growth while maintaining operational excellence
- Lead & develop a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, Consumer Care and Business Support
- Drive launches and market development for SenSura Mio and Luja
- Own commercial performance: plan, forecast, and manage the country/cluster P&L
- Track results and take decisive corrective actions
- Scale consumer capabilities: build a best-in-class consumer engine to unlock sustainable, long-term growth
- Represent the cluster with stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience (leading leaders / building teams and culture)
- Proven commercial management of sales in a complex country or multi-country region (ideally in MedTech/Intimate Healthcare)
- Commercial acumen
- Customer centricity
- Ability to execute —from setting a clear plan to delivering results in the field
