About the role
- Handling all administrative and organizational tasks from employee onboarding to offboarding, including preparing employment references using the Haufe Zeugnismanager
- Responsible for maintaining personnel master data in SuccessFactors
- Preparation of HR-related documents, such as works council hearings
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing induction training
- Ongoing collaboration in designing and optimizing HR processes and tools
- Supporting the implementation of a cross-functional training concept and assisting with HR projects
- Providing support, as needed, in the preparation, administration, and verification of monthly payroll in cooperation with an external service provider
- Assisting with economic, tax, and social security audits as well as year-end closing tasks
- Creating and processing analyses, reports, and statistics
- Performing data reconciliations and plausibility checks
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resources, or alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with advanced HR qualification (e.g., Personnel Specialist, certified payroll accountant) or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience, ideally within an international corporate environment or larger company structures
- Knowledge of employment and works constitution law
- Solid expertise in payroll tax and social security law, or willingness to become familiar with these topics
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with central master data maintenance systems, combined with a digital affinity for products
- Fluent German and good English skills
