About the role
- Advise residents in newly acquired intensive care facilities on selecting aids and supplies for tracheostomy care
- Strengthen our presence in out-of-hospital intensive care facilities
- Instruct healthcare professionals on the proper use of our tracheostomy care products
- Train nursing staff at the facilities
- Assist with product selection and ensure monthly deliveries
- Collaborate with all network stakeholders (physicians, speech-language pathologists, respiratory therapists)
- Document activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed medical training, e.g., as a qualified nurse, registered nurse, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in intensive care, out-of-hospital intensive care, or a similar area
- Experience in tracheostomy care
- Excellent communication skills for customer contact and training
- Sales experience in the healthcare sector desirable
- Experience building networks and customer relationships
- Independent and structured working style
- Flexible, agile approach to work and willingness to travel
- Valid driving license (class B)
