About the role
- Advise residents in newly acquired intensive care facilities on the selection of aids for tracheostomy care
- Strengthen our presence in out-of-hospital intensive care facilities
- Instruct healthcare professionals on the use of our products for tracheostomy care
- Train nursing staff in the facilities
- Support product selection and ensure monthly deliveries
- Collaborate with all network interfaces (physicians, speech therapists, respiratory therapists)
- Document activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed medical training (e.g., registered nurse or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in intensive care, out-of-hospital intensive care, or a similar area
- Experience in tracheostomy care
- Excellent communication skills for customer contact and training
- Sales experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
- Experience in building networks and customer relationships
- Independent and structured working style
- Flexible, agile approach to work and willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
