About the role
- Drive revenue across key accounts
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide regular optimisation calls
- Deliver valuable insights into customer usage
- Support new account implementations virtually
- Analyse ONPOS Power BI data to track progress
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and training
Requirements
- Experience in account management
- Knowledge of wound care or healthcare (not essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Power BI data analysis and Salesforce (SFDC) desirable
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to change
- Prospecting skills to identify future opportunities
- Proactive and curious mindset
- Strong desire to succeed within an ethical framework
