About the role

  • Regional acquisition of new customers in practices, office-based specialists and specialized healthcare centers
  • Establishing and expanding a network among office-based healthcare providers
  • Analyzing, selecting and executing acquisition projects in line with strategic priorities and targets
  • Independently and purposefully negotiating with target groups and handing over acquired new customers to colleagues in the responsible Coloplast Homecare field sales team
  • Developing, implementing and supporting the rollout of new strategies for engaging target groups in the outpatient sector and related projects
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving and implementing follow-up measures

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a registered nurse, health nurse or qualified nursing specialist
  • Ideally, additional certifications or further training in urology, stoma and/or continence management
  • Several years of professional nursing experience as well as relevant sales and field-based experience in the healthcare sector
  • Solid clinical knowledge of indications and care pathways with a focus on continence care
  • Sales specialist with an excellent network among office-based urologists, combined with enthusiasm and passion for customer acquisition
  • Commercial awareness and basic numerical literacy, plus proficiency in MS Office
  • Goal-oriented and reliable working style paired with a high level of commitment
  • Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to travel
