About the role
- Responsible for initiating, leading and following-up improvements related to production and administrative processes
- Collaborates with the Value Stream Manager to drive continuous improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Leads 6S initiatives
- Hosts Kaizen events
- Standardizes processes
- Implements metrics to track improvements and cost reductions
- Responsibility for initiation, leading, implementation and follow-up on continuous improvement projects
- Drives the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices
- Assists in setting annual operational targets and drive improvements to achieve those targets
- Develop/implement metrics supporting lean manufacturing philosophy to track process improvements and cost reductions
- Establishes and improves layout for efficient manufacturing process
- Organizes training and creates training materials/process documentation
- Perform their job in compliance with the guidelines given
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Materials, Electromechanical, Administration or related
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement
- English B2 level
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Power BI
- Power App
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
- English level B2+
