• Provide advice to leaders on organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, and people strategy.
• Act as a sparring partner to leadership, supporting decision-making and alignment with company values.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, leveraging proven tools and methodologies.
• Oversee the full people cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Partner with internal and external legal counsel to manage sensitive employee relations and compliance matters.
