About the role
- Attend to inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Answering the e-mails from the patients
- Ensuring that deadlines and Service Level Agreements are met
- Providing a high-quality level of customer care
- Managing data in Salesforce system
- Participation in various projects pointed out by management
- Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of German (min. B2)
- Knowledge of English (min. B1)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Availability to travel 3-4 times per year (visits in Coloplast Hamburg office)
- Ability to work one day per week between 09.00-17.00 other days: 08.00-16.00
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Ability to collaborate within and across teams
