About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, positive attitude, and effective problem‑solving.
- Handle customer issues and order concerns promptly and diplomatically.
- Use company and customer pricing systems to prepare accurate quotes for standard and non‑standard products.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and promote new or additional products.
- Present and explain product features using samples, catalogs, or technical information.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Support branch and company promotions to drive sales.
- Keep accurate daily records of reimbursable expenses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of electrical distribution sales experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
