About the role
- Drafting and posting our job openings across all our job boards
- Pre-screening applications according to our needs and conducting phone pre-qualification for selected candidates
- Sourcing hard-to-fill profiles
- Coordinating and following up on interviews while ensuring an optimal candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/Bac+4), specialization in Human Resources
- First experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of an ATS is a plus
- Organized and meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, enjoys teamwork
