About the role

  • Integrated into an HR team of 5 and reporting to our HR Manager, you will handle the daily management of Colombus Consulting employees and its subsidiaries in the areas of payroll administration and personnel administration.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and final settlements
  • Collect, verify, and transmit payroll variables (absences, bonuses, etc.) to the external payroll provider
  • Participate in the verification of payslips prior to final approval
  • Manage follow-up for sick leave and maternity cases (statutory sickness benefits - IJSS, supplemental insurance benefits)
  • Handle social declarations (Agefiph, apprenticeship tax, housing contribution, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on routine administrative questions (time off, payslips, etc.)
  • Manage employee files (contracts, amendments, certificates, various administrative documents)
  • Track and update employee information (absences, leave, sick leave, medical visits, etc.)
  • Manage the ordering of meal vouchers / restaurant cards
  • Oversee time and activity management (GTA), ensuring company rules are applied
  • Update and maintain HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, etc.)
  • Provide data, prepare reports or ad-hoc analyses upon internal request
  • Respond to external surveys
  • Stay informed on developments in labor law and related regulations within your area
  • Provide active support to management in implementing and enforcing HR procedures

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a consulting firm, IT services company/ESN, or service provider)
  • Rigorous and organized, with strong attention to detail and deadlines; committed to ensuring confidentiality in your work
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office in particular) and possess solid knowledge of social security regulations and labor law
  • Curious and enthusiastic, with a desire to invest yourself in a dynamic organization
