About the role
- Work with our clients or on internal projects on HR transformation topics
- Design and produce deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, functional audits, etc.)
- Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops
- Support HR project management (preparing steering committee materials, tracking actions, etc.)
- Assist client teams during the operational phases of transitioning to Flex Office
- Contribute to the development of Colombus Consulting through our internal initiative "Lab NWoW": communication, event organization, and monitoring
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a top business school, engineering school, or university
- Seeking a 6-month final-year internship with the aim of pre-hire (potential for full-time placement)
- At least one meaningful professional experience (minimum 6 months) related to project management, transformation, HR, and/or consulting
- Autonomous, enthusiastic, and creative
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable with office productivity tools; knowledge of an HRIS is a plus
- Good command of English
