About the role

  • Responsible for expanding and operationally implementing our sales activities in Switzerland
  • Key contributor to market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Central point of contact between customers, management and internal departments
  • Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to enterprise clients
  • Independently acquire new customers and manage and grow existing accounts
  • Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to contract closing — involving product and sales specialists
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Responsible for revenue targets within your customer segment
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking functions

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in B2B solution sales
  • Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth in B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Business-fluent German (C1 level)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
