About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training.
  • Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily.
  • Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations.
  • Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel.
  • Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment.
  • Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One year of experience in automotive repairs; experience in module programming, wiring repair, or ADAS recalibration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, the ability to use scan tools, factory software, and basic software programs is preferred.
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to work in an autobody repair shop and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive, customer-focused approach in a team-supported environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, pass an MVR check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel may be required outside the assigned area.
