About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across programme workstreams.
- Maintain programme plans, timelines and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate delivery activity across internal teams, agencies, technology providers and client stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and actions are tracked and managed effectively.
- Support delivery mobilisation and implementation planning activities.
- Support programme governance structures and reporting processes.
- Prepare status reports, RAID logs, meeting outputs and delivery updates.
- Track programme risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions.
- Build effective working relationships across client and partner teams.
- Support implementation, launch readiness and operational transition activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of project or programme delivery experience
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce technology programmes or large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Experience working within customer, digital or transformation programmes
- Strong project management and coordination capability
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery workstreams
- Strong governance, reporting and planning skills
- Experience operating within fast-paced delivery environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
