About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute valuation and appraisal assignments
Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships
Originate new client relationships
Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of related work experience
Commercial real estate experience/background required
Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
Bachelor’s degree
Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
