Provide high level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers.
Engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the brokerage team, including marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functions.
Work with client service coordinators and brokers to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial/retail mapping, email marketing, social media tiles, and direct mail.
Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with Colliers Brand Guidelines.
Work within a set of Colliers branded templates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of marketing services experience from the Commercial Real Estate field.
Advanced in Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
