About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Manage the office events calendar, ensuring all activities and events are scheduled, communicated, and executed smoothly.
- Assist with tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support building management staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a commercial property or office setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
