About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned facility sites within a multi-market portfolio.
Support operations and maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and emergency power supply systems.
Partner closely with location stakeholders and client contacts to ensure all properties operate efficiently and safely.
Govern preventative maintenance and operational programs for building systems.
Manage vendor procurement processes and performance.
Serve as the point of contact for owners and occupants, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive facility and/or property management experience.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university.
Professional designation such as RPA, CPM, or CFM preferred.
Strong financial, budgeting, and accounting acumen.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of facility systems and building operations.
Proficiency with computer systems, software and administrative tools.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Ability to travel 25%.
