About the role

  • Monitor and support the unit's food service operational routines;
  • Manage and oversee food service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality indicators, food safety, and contractual requirements;
  • Interface with food suppliers for operational alignment, handling deviations, and driving action plans;
  • Support budget control, monthly measurements, and validation of food service billing;
  • Monitor indicators such as volumes served, user satisfaction, sanitary compliance, and operational performance;
  • Support internal teams and the client, ensuring operational flow, adherence to processes, and service governance;
  • Provide support for operational contingencies related to food services, ensuring service continuity;
  • Provide technical support to the team, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvement, and strengthening governance;
  • Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and operational food service KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is desirable.
  • Experience governing large-scale contracts and managing multimillion budgets.
  • Proficiency in management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
