About the role

  • Specialized technical role managing the unit SP02’s chartered transportation and food services;
  • Management and oversight of chartered transportation and food service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, contractual requirements, sanitary regulations, and quality standards;
  • Technical interface with transportation and food service suppliers to align operations, address deviations, and implement action plans;
  • Monitoring operational indicators such as punctuality, occupancy, route regularity, volume served, service quality, and sanitary compliance;
  • Support in budgetary control of the operation, including monthly measurements, invoice validation, provisions, and cost control;
  • Technical support to local teams and Facilities analysts, ensuring process standardization, technical guidance, and continuous improvement;
  • Direct involvement in supporting operational contingencies, ensuring continuity of services and risk mitigation;
  • Preparation and monitoring of management reports, technical analyses, dashboards, and indicators to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Facilities management, Food Services, and/or chartered transportation.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Experience with governance of large-scale contracts and management of multi-million budgets.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Proficiency in management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
