About the role
- Execute sales processes from initiation to closing
- Work commercially with a focus on sourcing and acquiring new clients and business
- Prospect and present industrial and logistics assets, and land for development
- Monitor the full cycle of the real estate market
- Attend property visits, conduct negotiations and close deals
- Execute asset divestment processes
- Prepare document analyses, offer presentations and marketing proposals
- Produce reports and provide accountability to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Active CRECI registration (mandatory)
- English and Spanish – desirable
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Valid driver’s license (CNH) and own vehicle – desirable
- Experience with data analysis in Power BI – desirable
- Proactive with the ability to analyze and execute complex processes
- Sense of urgency and commitment
- Planning and organizational skills
- Assertive communication and strong interpersonal skills
