About the role
- Perform financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services
- Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct research, and perform analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios
- Work autonomously to analyze, underwrite and forecast property cash flows and valuations using excel spreadsheet analysis and performs complex Argus modeling
- Prepare market analysis reports for senior leadership
- Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations to leadership
- Manage internal and contract account managers and accountants to perform financial management and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
- 1-3 years' experience in Commercial real estate, capital markets or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis
