Senior Manager, Sales Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive programs
- Partner with the revenue operations team and executive leadership
- Manage and mentor the compensation analyst
- Provide one-on-one clarity to reps regarding their earnings and quotas
- Serve as the primary admin for the Xactly Incent platform
- Partner with finance on forecasting, accruals, and commission expense modeling
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in Sales Operations or Compensation
- at least 3 years in a dedicated management or lead role
- Advanced proficiency in Xactly (Incent) is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Must be comfortable building complex rule sets and managing data uploads.
