About the role
- Report to the VP of Platform and advance Collibra’s platform and infrastructure vision
- Own delivery of software to customers across multiple clouds and improve that experience
- Collaborate with upstream development teams to simplify development and delivery of features
- Optimize cost, security, and operations for enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Develop product vision and deliver feature roadmap; oversee planning and execution for product teams
- Manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and product delivery commitments and outcomes
- Represent the customer, understand pain points and industry trends, and make data-informed decisions
- Act as an expert on cloud infrastructure and ensure a mature security stance
Requirements
- Extensive experience building SaaS or software products for use in high-scrutiny cloud environments (reliability preferred)
- Experience building products for highly regulated private industry (healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful product launches in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience gathering technical requirements, creating specifications and workflow documents; proficient in presentations; experience with Jira a plus
- Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, DevOps, GitOps, and SDLC models
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Management (PM/PO/technical lead)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be eligible to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship
- Must be a US citizen who resides on US soil (role supports the US government)
- Experience with reliability/SRE is a plus
