About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute integrated GTM campaigns across digital, lifecycle, partnerships, and community channels
  • Support end-to-end product launches, including timelines, asset development, channel orchestration, and post-launch optimization
  • Translate strategic briefs into clear execution plans with defined deliverables and deadlines
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across internal teams
  • Support development and refinement of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams to develop marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social, paid media, etc.)
  • Partner with Product and Operations to ensure accurate and timely communication of product updates
  • Maintain strong awareness of TCG trends, release cycles, and collector sentiment—especially within Pokémon
  • Execute against key moments in the TCG calendar (set releases, events, market spikes)
  • Track and report on campaign performance (conversion, submissions, CAC, engagement)
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement test-and-learn strategies
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to inform ongoing GTM improvements
  • Act as a central execution hub across Product, Growth, Creative, Brand, and Ops teams
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all marketing initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7+ years in Marketing, Product Marketing, or GTM roles
  • Strong knowledge of TCG, with a preference for hands-on experience in Pokémon and card collecting
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
