• Own content marketing, organic social, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and community/events
• Develop overarching narrative framework and drive campaigns across tax season/year
• Position Collective as authoritative voice via thought leadership content
• Own organic social presence and manage content calendars
• Partner with content team to repurpose long-form into short-form and build AI-driven workflows
• Own SEO strategy including GEO, keyword planning, on-page optimization
• Lead content marketing across formats: blogs, long-form guides, case studies, podcasts, webinars
• Establish frameworks for educational content and build AI-assisted content workflows
• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy from lead nurture to member retention
• Build and optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation frameworks
• Partner with RevOps and Growth on workflows, integrations, automation
• Own community ecosystem and design/launch multi-channel events strategy
• Design virtual series and local meetups for members
