About the role
- Deploy and administer Control‑M versions 9.0.20 and 9.0.21
- Perform advanced configuration and customization of the tool
- Ensure ongoing operational maintenance (MCO) of the Control‑M architecture
- Lead technical studies and perform Control‑M infrastructure analyses
- Plan and execute version migrations
- Provide Level 3 (N3) support
- Perform full administration of the Control‑M platform
- Support and assist business and technical users
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents
- Participate in and facilitate technical meetings and workshops
- Propose and implement automation solutions
- Document systems and drive continuous improvement of the existing environment
Requirements
- Senior / Expert Control‑M Administrator
- Extensive experience in Control‑M administration and operations
- Self-driven, rigorous, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with both technical and functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in complex, mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of batch processing architectures and advanced scheduling
