About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day-to-day oversight and execution of media across multiple paid search and paid social platforms including but not limited to: Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed goals
- Campaign planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to drive performance
- Campaign bid management strategy and oversight
- Campaign data analysis, reporting, and insights
- Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts
- Keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience development
- Industry research on search and social trends with occasionally being tasked to write a POV, blog post, or case study
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience
- Proficiency within at least one of the following paid channels: Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or Amazon.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Results driven with a proven track record of driving performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
