About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in maintaining projects and employees within the time tracking system and staff resource allocation system
Assist team members in creating and managing client projects
Participate in internal client team meetings, as needed
Assist in maintaining processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients
Assist with internal department projects as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Baseline knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics and measurement tactics
Experience with the Chicago Manual of Writing Style
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email, especially formal writing)
Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently.
