About the role

  • Responsible for revenue generation and new customer acquisition
  • Build a sales engine for fast, efficient, and measurable results
  • Lead the Customer Acquisition team with both functional and disciplinary responsibility
  • Implement best practices in CRM management and sales analytics
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations and close high-volume contracts
  • Establish scalable sales processes and forecasting structures
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in enterprise software sales (B2B)
  • 8–10+ years of professional experience in customer acquisition
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with team and revenue responsibility
  • Completed business degree (at least Bachelor’s, ideally Master’s)
  • Experience building and scaling small, high-performing sales teams
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and very good English skills
