About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain features in Collabrix’s SaaS product suite using technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing.
  • Contribute to building enterprise-grade systems with high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software.
  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and testing cycles.
  • Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Document technical designs and maintain knowledge-sharing practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong hands-on skills in one or more of the following:
  • - Backend: NodeJS, Java
  • - Frontend: ReactJS
  • - Databases: Relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • - Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience in deploying and supporting enterprise-grade systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-based programming assistants (Claude, Copilot, etc.) and openness to using them in day-to-day work.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and scalable system design.
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from reputed institutes.
