About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based SaaS applications.
- Perform manual testing for new features, complex workflows, and exploratory scenarios.
- Review product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across releases.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across business-critical workflows.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation effectiveness.
- Contribute to test documentation and QA best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience testing web-based SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test design techniques and defect lifecycle.
- Basic experience with API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
