Human Resources Assistant – Apprenticeship

• Administrative management of personnel and payroll (from hiring through exit)
• Active participation in recruitment and onboarding of non-managerial employees
• Supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR queries
• Monitoring legal obligations and ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Assisting in the development of the training plan and managing associated administrative tasks

• Draft and post job advertisements based on managers' needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone pre-screenings and schedule interviews.
• Manage employee administration: medical appointments, sick leave notifications, HR documents.
• Contribute to internal and external communications.
• Update HR dashboards (headcount, absences, QVCT — quality of work life and working conditions indicators, etc.).
• Participate in designing and rolling out the QVCT action plan.

HR Assistant – Work-Study (Alternance)

• Write and post job advertisements according to managers' needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephone pre-screenings and schedule interviews.

• Help post and monitor job and apprenticeship vacancies
• Contribute to organizing employer events: career fairs, job-dating events, and industry presentations
• Produce dashboards and reports for management
