Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year diploma (college-level) in social work, business administration, human resources, career counselling, inclusion, or a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive practices
Demonstrated experience and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
Availability to travel
