About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to participants and employers
- Assess participants’ needs, strengths, and career goals
- Support the integration, retention, and career development of people with disabilities
- Advise employers on reasonable accommodations, universal accessibility, and adapting human resources practices
- Deliver training and workshops related to workplace inclusion and accessibility
- Collaborate in identifying and developing inclusive internship and employment environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year diploma (college-level) in social work, business administration, human resources, career counselling, inclusion, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive practices
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
- Availability to travel
