About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to align with business processes
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, data security, and data integrity
Build and maintain workflow rules, assignment rules, blueprints, and approval processes using Deluge and AI-assisted development tools
Oversee data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and regular data-quality audits
Create and manage reports and dashboards for multiple departments
Provide user training and ongoing Zoho CRM support
Analyze integration needs and design data flows and logic
Implement Zoho CRM integrations with external applications using APIs, webhooks, custom functions, Deluge, and AI development tools
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
Gather and document requirements with sales, support, compliance, and operations teams
Translate business needs into functional designs before configuration begins
Recommend effective Zoho CRM implementation approaches, balancing native configuration and scripted automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3–5 years of experience as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator
Strong track record gathering requirements and translating them into working CRM configurations and integrations
Proficiency in Deluge scripting
Comfortable using AI development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude
Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0
Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience running requirements-gathering sessions across multiple stakeholders and teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
Nice to have: experience with Python or PHP
Nice to have: familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Nice to have: exposure to Zoho Developer Console or custom extensions/widgets
