Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions and identify market opportunities.
Maintain current subject matter expert relationships and grow new subject matter expert relationships.
Support cross-functional teams in the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering, design, content development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback on product features, usability, and performance.
Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, including coordinating product updates, enhancements, and sunset plans.
Support effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, partners, and customers.
Assist in coordinating user testing, QA testing, and bug tracking activities to ensure the quality and usability of products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of product requirements, specifications, and project plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
