About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own overall program success and ensure the operating model improves
- Maintain a clear view of program health and surface risks
- Report to executive leadership with credibility
- Identify and remove roadblocks to business transformation
- Build and lead a small, high-impact team
- Own change adoption outcomes and define successful adoption criteria
- Drive operating model work to convert system capability into business change
- Own readiness for Salesforce ecosystem migration on the business side
- Build repeatable readiness playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12–18 years of relevant experience spanning rigorous analytical work, operational execution, and team leadership
- Management consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent Deloitte/Accenture operations practice) followed by 5+ years of in-house operating experience at VP level
- Direct VP-level ownership of a business-side enterprise transformation at a complex, multi-unit organization
- Experience in a multi-brand or multi-unit company with different operating models
- Familiarity with financial reporting cadences and pace of decision-making in a PE-backed operating company
- Must have owned the business-side outcomes for a specific migration or rollout
