About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, revise, and align curriculum and instructional materials
- Execute high-quality curriculum builds and updates based on data-driven decision-making
- Ensure all course content is instructionally sound, standards-aligned, and compliant with expectations
- Support faculty-related processes, including hiring and professional learning
- Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs), and academic leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program support
- Demonstrated experience aligning curriculum to standards or competencies
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in academic or regulatory contexts
- Experience using data to inform instructional or curriculum decisions
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field strongly preferred
- Experience supporting accreditation or state approval processes (e.g., CAEP, DEAC, state DoE)
- Familiarity with standards frameworks (e.g., InTASC, ISTE, CEC, state-specific standards)
- Experience in online or blended learning environments
- Experience with LMS platforms or curriculum development tools
- Experience supporting faculty onboarding, professional development, or instructional coaching
