Key responsibilities & impact

Employee is expected to optimize sales performance and engage in daily activities that facilitate this goal.
Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects.
Conduct sales presentations both onsite and virtually.
Liaise between the Company and customers for up-to-date pricing and services.
Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Complete outbound prospect calling daily.
Follow-up on all inbound and marketing-sourced leads within 24 hours in CRM.
Enhance knowledge on new products and procedures by attending meetings.
Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain accurate expense accounts.
Provide product quotes to customers as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree
Strong technical/software aptitude
5+ years successful experience in sales and account management.
