About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Employee is expected to optimize sales performance and engage in daily activities that facilitate this goal.
  • Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Conduct sales presentations both onsite and virtually.
  • Liaise between the Company and customers for up-to-date pricing and services.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Complete outbound prospect calling daily.
  • Follow-up on all inbound and marketing-sourced leads within 24 hours in CRM.
  • Enhance knowledge on new products and procedures by attending meetings.
  • Prepare reports for sales and marketing and maintain accurate expense accounts.
  • Provide product quotes to customers as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree
  • Strong technical/software aptitude
  • 5+ years successful experience in sales and account management.
