About the role
- Responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and management of the Pharmacy product portfolio
- Owns the end-to-end product strategy for Colibri’s Pharmacy portfolio
- Provides the best ways to solve strategically selected customer/marketing opportunities
- Prioritizes tradeoffs and provides product requirement solutions for integration
- Manages the Colibri Pharmacy portfolio, including ongoing product strategy
- Develops key Pharmacy growth strategies
- Evaluates extending reach upstream with new instructor and student Technician University B2B offerings
- Partners with B2B enterprise strategy teams to develop new pharmacy B2B offerings
- Collaborates across multiple departments
- Manages a team of product managers
- Ensures the successful execution of the product line’s strategy
- Enhances the company's market position and driving revenue growth
Requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role within the Pharmacy education or learning industry
- Knowledge of common product management models, project management tools, and analytics
- Break complex long-term projects into a stepped phase approach
- Prioritize execution and know how to get the job done
- Business acumen with the ability to manage P&L and drive profitability while balancing product innovation
- Financial acumen to create and evaluate financial models for existing and new business opportunities
- Realtime experience on a team that has designed and built customer-facing products – preferably in the continuing education space
- Developing and maintaining a product roadmap of prioritized customer benefits
- Attention to detail; extraordinary eye for usability and the customer experience
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to succinctly convey complex ideas through the written word
- Great people skills; empowering others, able to facilitate, negotiate and persuade stakeholders
- Flexible and agile; able to rapidly adapt to changing situations and inputs
- Self-starter able to collaborate on the strategy, direction, and initial considerations, but then operate independently and effectively with minimal management oversight
- Highly adept at extracting insights from data and leading others in data-driven decision-making; demonstrable experience presenting recommendations in a clear and concise way that effectively 'tells a story' with data
- Proven track record of developing and managing large, complex product portfolios with demonstrated financial success
- Deep understanding of the professional learning landscape, including trends in certifications, instructional design, and digital education platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to innovation and product development
- Demonstratable history of bringing products to market and driving business growth
- Pharmacy Industry Knowledge
- Successfully worked in a matrix shared service operating model
