About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department.
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented and welcoming.
- Lead, coach and develop team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and inspire customers by meeting store standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience needed to lead, coach and develop team
- Ability to look ahead and energise team
- Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Customer obsessed and keen to understand diverse customers
- Ability to drive a one team culture celebrating success and prioritising health, safety and wellbeing.
