- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Ability to look ahead, energise team to deliver with pride
- Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Be customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
