About the role

  • You will guide channel strategy, oversee content and campaign delivery and use performance insights to continually optimise how social contributes to business outcomes.
  • Partner with campaign teams to ensure messaging and creative is built for channel
  • Develop channel briefs and frameworks for always-on social communication
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver high quality social content
  • Analyse performance and translate insights into clear optimisation actions
  • Act as a social media subject matter expert across the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience across social platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of social measurement and optimisation
  • Experience managing social production and channel execution
  • Strong stakeholder management within complex environments
  • A results-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • You will likely bring around 6+ years marketing experience and be operating at manager level, either within a large organisation or from an agency environment supporting complex clients.
