About the role
- Support all operational and people aspects of the store.
- Contribute to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Assist the Store Manager to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded.
- Keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met.
- Be customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers.
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing of team members.
