Requirements

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment.
  • Assist the Store Manager to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met.
  • Be customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers.
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing of team members.
