About the role
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations.
- Responsibility for checkouts and customer service desk.
- Contributing to an exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging store for customers, team members and the local community.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
- Proven leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets.
- Maintain excellent service standards and keep the checkout area clean and safe.
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
- Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers.
