About the role
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store.
- Achieve key commercial targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and deliver the store retail plan.
- Accountable for all aspects of the store operations.
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Ability to ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by meeting Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
- Customer obsession and seeking to better understand our diverse customers
- Ability to drive a one team culture prioritizing team members’ health, safety and wellbeing
