Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Knowledge of Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.
- Customer obsession to understand diverse customers.
- Drive a one team culture focused on health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
